When Perdido Trucking Service partnered with AMG Driver Recruitment in late June 2025, their goal was clear: hire 20 qualified CDL-A drivers within three months. AMG developed a strategic Meta campaign that quickly gained traction—initially launching as a lead generation campaign and later evolving into a full traffic campaign to direct applicants straight to Tenstreet’s full application system.

Within the first week, the team generated 282 leads through the Meta lead generation campaign. The overwhelming response meant Perdido’s recruiter was inundated with interest, prompting a strategic pivot to drive higher-quality completed applications through Meta Traffic ads. By September 8, 2025, the client had met their hiring target of 20 drivers, even before the campaign concluded.
This successful outcome meant the client could confidently pause their campaign, having surpassed their recruitment goals ahead of schedule.
